Towards Environmentally Sustainable and Socially Responsible Governance of the Platinum Basin Proposed Program for DOB Ecology (2017-2027)
Our vision is that the policies, frameworks and legal practices guarantee the long-term preservation of the Platinum Basin, whose characteristics are the free flow of rivers, sustainable economic development and the conservation of biodiversity.
Our mission is that civil society can play a key role in governance for the restoration, conservation and sustainable development of the Platinum Basin.
This program builds on these networks to strengthen and mobilize civil society and invest in local organizations to improve their capacity to plan, implement and strategically evaluate their work. This involves local communities, individuals within organizations and joint alliances.
